Deleted Card Transaction - need to find out who my admin is to get it unhidden from me

Hi, I saw all the discussions about deleting expenses and that the only way to get them back is to contact your Concur Administrator. Well, I contacted who I thought should be our administrator and she told me she can't get them back for me. So, I'm wondering if you might be able to help and tell me who are admin is and if it's maybe someone in IT rather than the finance person I asked. The finance person is telling me I have to expense it as reimbursable to the employee now and have it paid to them and then have them write a check back to the company for it. And since I'm this person's admin and the one that made the mistake, I really hope I don't have to ask them this because it's about $350 and just seems like a lot of work for them because of my mistake. Have you tried opening a support case to see if they can get it back on the back end? At the very least, they should be able to tell you what permissions someone internal to your company would need to be able to recall the deleted expense, and maybe the admin can be assigned those permissions so she can do it. The process they suggested sounds really long winded and unnecessary, so hopefully you are able to figure it out!

@rhultgren I looked up who you are a delegate for and found one user who had a few user hidden transactions. User hidden means an employee deleted it. These can be released back to the user. My guess is your finance person either doesn't have access to do it or doesn't know how. If you send me a private message with the name of the person you spoke to, I can check to see if they have the correct permissions to release transactions. Do not post the person's name here in this thread, please.

Do not submit the expense as reimbursable to the employee and let your finance person know that transactions deleted by users can certainly be found and released back to those users. I looked and found several people with the proper permissions to release deleted transactions.
