Delegate cannot see available expenses

We have a user that is set up to be a delegate. She can do everything except see the available expenses. She seems to be set up correctly.

The person that she is managing expenses for can see the expenses available, she cannot. Any ideas? (she can submit, etc. )

@Krhodes is the delegate trying to view the available expenses from the Manage expenses screen? Has the delegate created the expense claim for the other person and tried using the Add Expense button to see if the Available Expenses are there?

Hi @Krhodes , I had the same issue on June 28th. I reported it to the Support and they answered the case saying "Our Internal Teams has identified the issue and they are actively working to understand how to eliminate the errors and apply the fix.". Still waiting for the solution.
