Delegate Expense Report Creation in NewUI

Hello Community,

We recently switched over to the NewUI for some of our countries and have been having a few challenges. One specifically is around a Delegate creating a new expense report for an employee they support. Some of these Delegates have been handling for years and now are unable.

Has anyone also experienced this, if so where you able to get resolution?

@mhermanc-amgen1 this came up with another person here on the Community. I couldn't recreate the issue, so they submitted the issue to SAP Concur Support. This is what I would recommend so it can be assigned a case number and tracked correctly.

I never did hear if it was resolved or not, but submitting a support ticket is the best way to go.

Hi Kevin,

Thank you we do already have several users cases, one admin. case open and escalated. I was just wondering if there were others experiencing the same errors and if they have had any resolutions.
