Hi, i send my approval for my last delegation, response was positive, and payment status is set to "paid". It's been 4 weeks since i send this raport and i still didn't get money on my bank account. In my office said that usually it comes in 6-7 days. I'm really embarassed. Swift number and account are correct as well. What I am supposed to do? I'm the new one, it was my first raport on Concur. I don't even know where to send ticket. Please help, Thanks.
