Defaulting File format in Concur file export to PDF

When we export our expense files from Concur to our ERP System, the majority are in a PDF format which is what we want but we do have a small minority that our in a JPEG format.  Is there a way to standardize the expense format in Concur to a PDF format for all so when we perform our extraction we have a standardized format?

@Tchristo what are the steps you are following to export? I just want to make sure I'm clear on what you are doing. Seems odd most are pdf but some are jpeg.

I think the issue is when the files are getting imported into Concur they can be in different formats.  What I would like to have happen is Concur to standardize the file format to a PDF so when we go to export it out it is all in a standard format of a PDF, regardless if it was a Jpeg, jpg, etc...
