Default field for certain expenses

Hi all

 

I'm trying to configure our claims so that if someone selects Entertainment as the expense type then it would default the Business Unit, Department and Cost Centre to HR. Is this possible to configure?

Dear Bkamekawa,

Yes, it is possible to configure expense types as per your requirements, however in your case, I would open a ticket for Concur technical support to make those adjustments.
