Data Field Help Please

Hi - Can anyone tell me what field I need to pull in to my report to get the "type of clothing" information please?

Struggling to locate this.

Its not Expense Type, Parent Expense Type, Spend Category, Purpose or any of the other firlds that appear under Expense Reports>Entry Information

Hi HZDA,

Type of Clothing is most likely a custom field that was configured specifically for your company and is most likely found under \Expense\Expense Reports\Entry Information\Additional Entry Details\

To find out which custom field it is you can launch the configuration report from the Expense Admin area and search the page for Type of Clothing and it will tell you what custom field that data is stored in.

Thanks for the reply and apologies for the delay - i Dont appear to have a configuration report option. Am I in the right place?

It appears you have very limited Expense Admin access.
