Cut off dates

Is there a way to set up cut off dates at the end of every month, so expense reports can not be submitted for approval after a specific date until the first of the next month?

@JorgeL because the audit rules regarding report submit date can only do specific days or an amount of days in the past or future from today, you would need to create a rule that says report submit date is after (then specify which day of the month) and then report date is before (specify first day of next month). You would need to create 12 separate rules to account for each month's cutoff dates. The nice thing is, when you create the first audit rule, you can then just copy it and adjust the dates in the conditions. Also, be prepared for people to miss the cutoff deadline. 🙂
