Custom Field not syncing to Quickbooks Online

A Custom Field called "Customer:Project" should be drawing from Quickbooks Online, but new customers added in QBO are not populating as choices in Concur for Expense Report creation.

For "Customer:Project" there is no option to Manage or Add List Items.

What step am I missing to get the new customers in QBO populating in the dropdown list for Customer:Project in Concur?

@bbleijie are any of the Customers and Projects showing up on created Expense Reports? I do know that there will not be an option in SAP Concur to manage these lists because they should be coming for QB. 

I'll await your reply. I'm going to ask a colleague about this as well.
