Credit card transactions received for the wrong user

Hello community,

 

I have some doubt regarding credit card transactions, even when the user has been configured for US groups he is receiving credit card transactions from Canada also. Has anyone had the same situation?

 

@KevinD maybe you can provide any feedback on this.

@grodriguezproje is the user receiving transactions from two different credit cards? Have you checked to see if the user has been assigned two cards somehow? 

 

The first thing I would check is to see if the user has two different cards assigned. That's the only way I know of someone receiving transactions from multiple cards.

Have your card admin check the profile on the corp cards for the correct information that links it to Concur.  Could be a typo in the employee ID that is bringing in charges from another card.
