Credit Card Not Available to Assign

I have a user who is using a new credit card. When I go in to assign the credit card, only the old credits are showing as available. I tried to manually add the credit card however it says it is still assigned. I tried searching by the last 4 digits and it pulled up a list of users, just not the user I need to assign. I also tried searching by the users name and only the previously assigned cards are showing. I did unassign the credit card in case that allows the feed to make this one available.


Any thoughts?

@ddantignac if you could send me a private message with the user's full name and the last four digits of the card that needs to be assigned, I'll take a look. I cannot guarantee I'll see anything different from what you saw, but it never hurts to have a second pair of eyes.
