Credit Card Error

I paid a train ticket using the EasyRide function of the SBBMobile app from Swiss Rail SBB. As my company CC cannot be used as payment method I use my personal bank account via TWINT. Now there's an error message in Concur Expense and I cannot proceed: 'This transaction was made with a Roche card that was not issued by Basel. Please contact Concur Basel support who will help you settle this transaction in the appropriate company'

@prausem did you contact Concur Basel support?

I've not heard of Concur Basel Support, so my guess is this is something your company uses. Did you try looking in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home screen to see if there were any help links or contact names?
