Creating a new request

When trying to submit an expense claim the following alert is shown:-

 

You have entered an amount that is greater than the approved request, please change the amount to less than or equal to the request amount. 

 

What does this mean and how can it be rectified?

@harrison292 you have a Request assigned to this expense report. In fact, the same request is assigned to two reports both having the same name. Try deleting the report named Window Cleaning @Glass Horse that has a zero total. See if this clears up the other report.
