@DMeza both our Standard and Professional versions of SAP Concur have workflows. The difference is, Standard comes with preset workflows you can choose. I'm currently looking in your site and you are assigned as the default approver for a majority of the employees using SAP Concur. Not all, but a majority. Your selected workflow is set up as Manager>Processor. Which means when the users submits, it goes to their assigned default manager first, then once approved by them, to the Processor for final review. See the other workflow options in the screenshot below. So, while you were told you cannot use workflows, it is more accurate to say you cannot customize and build your own workflow. You can choose one from five predefined workflows though.
