@tware3 because Cost Center and Profit Center are custom fields and the options at your company are specific to your company, it will be difficult for someone here on this community to provide clear help. They won't have access to your list of Cost Centers or Profit Centers to be able to provide any guidance.
If you send me a private message with the cost center and profit center in question and which expense report and entry you are working on, I'll see if I can get any results.
