Hi, can anyone share their process when employees are on LOA? Do you suspend/close the card? Disable their Concur profile? Any insight to best practices would be appreciated! Thanks in advance
We suspend the card during LOA with HR or manager approval.
We also suspend the card. We leave Concur Expense alone, as the employee's manager would gatekeep any reports submitted during the leave.
