Corporate Card payment not shown in concur

I made a taxi payment with my corporate card and it doesn't appear on my Concur. All the other expenses of the day are listed in Concur while the taxi payment is the only one missing. How do I resolve this?

@GKarki you have two options:

1. wait another day or two to see if the transaction appears. 

2. If the transaction doesn't appear, you will need to speak with the person(s) at your company in charge of company credit cards to see if they can find the transaction in the system. If they cannot, then they would need to contact the bank to find out what the issue is.


Have you checked your company card statement to make sure the charge appears there?
