Corp Amex Transaction can not be added into the report

Dear all, 

have one question to seek for help. 

I've had an online transaction (about online visa application) with the charge on my Amex card. 

I can see it in the card transaction list, but I can't add the transaction into any available report. 

would anyone be able to help on this? 

this is a single case which i've not encountered before.

to clarify - I can only see the transaction in 'card transaction list', but not in the Available Expenses list.

@michaeldxm is this still an issue? If so, which expense is having the issue. I see a list of expenses you have, but need to know which one is not allowing you to add.
