Controls for Attendee Entries

Hi

 

We are looking for suggestions on controlling how employees are entered as attendees. We have many employees manually entering employees as either Business Guest or Employee Not In Concur (only used for employees of sister/parent companies).

 

Is it possible to prevent employees from entering our company name in the Company field (and ideally letting them know how to add these attendees)? Or to require this field be completed, which would at least help with cleanup?

@robbin-g if you have access or someone at your company has access to Forms and Fields, you can require the Company field. If you do not have access to Forms and Fields, you can submit a help ticket to Concur Support to get this change made.
