I have a doubt.

A client said than they need a Audit Rule than "Employees are prevented from submitting out of pocket expenses that are over 60 days old".

Is it a Custom rule or Validation?

Hi @PabloBCI05 , we use a Payment Type field with the value of "Out of Pocket" to identify out of pocket expenses incurred by the traveler.
