Connected App Center - Concur & Amazon Business Integration
Happy to see Concur integrated with Amazon Business. However, we have connected the Amazon Business App for all SAP Concur Users but they are not receiving receipts. We have double checked their Concur User Profile, all email addresses were previously “Verified”. (Note: This email verification step was already completed when the Employee became a first time Concur User.)
After purchasing items from Amazon Business none of our employees are receiving receipts automatically.
I have also read the "How to Enable Amazon Business vis the SAP Concur App Center" and followed every step as the Concur Lead Administrator.
