Concur treating today's date as future dated

We are getting an error that today's date on a receipt is future dated.

Is this because the concur time zone is set to some place behind Australia, and it doesn't know that we are already today?

Is this something we can fix?

You are correct - the date for the future-dated expense rule is based on your data centre location.  We are an Australian customer with our data in the North America DC so we get the same issue occasionally.  In our case the rule is only active on report submission, so our users can still save the expense and the issue will have gone away by the time they submit their report.
