Concur expenses for uploading attendees

Does anyone know why the option to upload the excel attendee spreadsheet is no longer available?  It seems as though you now have to enter each name individually which could take hours if you have a large group.  I have an admin asst who attempted to enter names and it gave her an error message saying "no valid emails"  is anyone else having this issue?

Hi @ds8hq961 ,

To enable 'Import Attendee' option, small configuration is required to be done in the backend. You can reach out to your Company Concur Administrator and request them to enable the feature by doing following configuration.

@ds8hq961 could you have the admin take a screenshot showing the "no valid emails" message, please? 

This sounds like the admin asst is trying to add people outside your organization as Employee attendee types. We had a new feature launched where you can use the email address of fellow employees to add them to business meals.

These are employees within the organization.  The issue is the feature to upload the attendee excel worksheet is no longer available.  I have been told that there is an issue with the situation and the team has raised a ticket with Concur to get technical support involved.
