Concur expense attached receipt submitted, but receipt not received by approving party.

I submitted an expense report and appended a receipt to it.
But the receiving party does not see the receipt.
Anyone know how I can resolve this?

Are you able to have the approver try going to the "Receipts" dropdown and view the full receipts? Sometimes, new attachments to old receipts only show in this way.

Apparently the receiving party did eventually see the receipt. Not sure how much later.
Not sure if they did what you proposed.
But this a good tip to try the next time for the same issue.
I wouldn't know if this might be the solution.
