Concur detect by Oversight

Hi, 

I have few questions on concur detect by Oversight.

1	Does Oversight flag Duplicate based on receipts across the reports/ within Reports?
2	Is Partial Rejection possible in Oversight?
3	Does Oversight reads JPEG format documents.
4	Is there any Language constraint for Oversight Receipt reading?
5	How is Oversight Better than Appzen?
6	Does oversight reflect approval flow, audit trail, all line level customized fields?
7	Does oversight reads comments at header/ line level and flag.

@archanacn Hello there. I've posted your questions internally to try and get you answers. I can answer two of your questions:

1. Partial Rejection -- This is not supported. It's an all or nothing approval/rejection.

2. Language Constraints -- while all most major languages are supported, some languages are categorized as medium to low in confidence when it comes to understanding the language. I'm not sure on the comprehensive list of languages and their categorization. 

I'll let you know if I hear something regarding the other questions on your list.

@cleonechung hello there. The service is Concur Detect by Oversight. I believe we no longer offer Concur Detect by AppZen.
