Concur approvals & reporting

Hi Team,

I have the access to spool the report from concur for further analysis, however since last 4 months I am not able to spool. I have tried Firefox, Google & Windows edge browsers but all are giving the same issue.

Along with my manager is not able to see WBS field

@vishal_kyndryl what do you mean by "spool"? What are you trying to do?
