Concur Reporting - System Health Check

Hi,

I need to create some reports on system health check (example: no of approved expenses, pending approvals, failed postings, etc).

My question: What would be the best option for this?

You can do all of that with expense processor role for operational purposes.

Reporting in Cognos is refreshed once a day, which means that if you will build a report there it will not be useful for operational purposes as situation will be already different by the time you will get the report, however that might be good enough for high level management reporting.

Alternatively you can check what is available with SAP Analytics cloud for Concur. That might actually be quite good solution for operational and management reporting.
