Concur Receipts Email Rejection

 

I've been trying to send receipts to the receipts@concur.com and I've received a rejection email. My email is set up to be able to email the receipts. 

What could I do?

I have two users that received this error on 9/1

Error Details
Reported error:550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.
DSN generated by:DM6PR07MB6521.namprd07.prod.outlook.com

I have been having the same issue for over 24 hours.

I've been told the issue has been resolved, but due to the outage, there is a delay in processing images being emailed in.
