Concur Mobile App

We have an employee that cannot attach receipts through his iPhone mobile app.  When he retrieves the receipts from his photo gallery, he can select them, but there is not a button that says "attach" "done" or "select" to actually attach the receipt to the expense report.  He has uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

@dfrye is this issue happening with this one employee only? The "Done" option should be appearing in the lower right corner after the image is selected. Maybe the setting on the phone has the photo album with a white background and that's why this person doesn't see the Done option. I tried recreating this, but couldn't. Any chance they can provide screenshots of what they are seeing on their phone?

Hi Kevin - yes it is only happening with this one employee.  He is going to check on the photo album setting as you suggest.  If that doesn't work, we will get some screenshots.  Thank you!
