Concur Mobile App "Loading Expense Failed"

Concur Mobile Error

My company has been unable to utilize the Concur Mobile App for expenses since late July. There was an outage/degradation reported during this time which has since been "resolved" however we are still experiencing the same issue that was happening during the outage. Users are able to login (SSO) and open reports, take images of receipts, etc., but unable to open any expense items. We have submitted several cases, supplied videos of the issues, deleted app, re-downloaded, cleared cache to no avail. Every support case that we have opened has been closed with the solution that the issue has been resolved and we are the only company still experiencing issues. Are there any other community members experiencing errors with the mobile app or advice on resolving?

Hi @abrewe3 Do you get any error why opening the entity?If yes, can you please share the message

Yes! We receive no error when accessing the app, only when attempting to open an expense line item. A white pop up box appears with the below message.

 

Loading Expense Failed 

We could not load the expense. Please try again later.

@abrewe3 is the app up to date? Also, try shutting down your phone and rebooting. See if that fixes the issue.

Yes, have done all of the above. iPhone and app updated to latest versions. I’ve shut down, delete the app, re-downloaded, etc. none of this works. The entire company is receiving the same error. We have multiple users trying the same “tricks” and none of it works.
