Our SSO has been enabled for the mobile app, however when trying to access concur via the SSO code the page just loads up blank as if it is not working. Has anyone else has this issue?

I am having issue logging in concur app for user email@example.com. I logged in using the usual password and it does not work. Then i reset password and error message username and password is not invalid. Pls advise how to rectify . Thanks .
