Solved: Concur Expenses Payment - Bank Charges

Hi all!

When a concur expense payment is credited in our CSL employees bank accounts, there is an extra bank charge of 3€ per each transaction.

Our local Greek Bank (Alpha Bank) informed us that systematically the payment is not recognized as payroll payment and therefore, according to their policy, they charge 3€ at each transaction.

Is there a way to add an automated description such as "payroll", when a payment happens in order to eliminate these charges?

Has anyone else confronted such an issue?

@U0027155 I suggest posting your question in the User Admin Group. This forum is more end user related whereas the User Admin Group is only site administrators and those who may have come across this issue and could offer some help.

To join the User Admin Group, go to the group and use the Request to Join option.

You do need to have administrative permissions in your SAP Concur site to be allowed in the group.
