Concur Expense in Brazil?

Has anyone implemented Concur Expense in Brazil? We've been told it's quite difficult due to the complex tax structure there but would like to understand this better. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

We are currently brining Brazil into our Instance now.  We are using an implementation consulant though who has done previous Brazil implementations before. So far it doesnt seem any more or less complicated than some of our other Countries.

What about the tax tables? Are you using any additional tools/services to support the tax component for the country?

We are setting up a new policy for Brazil.  I would be interested in knowing what is customary for meal reimbursements and car allowances in Brazil.  Are you able to share some information?

We didn't implement a Brazil policy; it is a very small population in our organization and we handle them separately.
