Concur Expense User Experience

We recently did a customer survey for Concur Expense application and users in general find the Expense Web Application extremely cumbersome to the point some are avoiding travel so they don't have to file expenses.  Do you have the same experience with the Concur Expense UI?  Thanks

Have you suggested having your users try out the SAP Concur Mobile app? Some find the app to be a little more user friendly? 

Also, did you do any kind of training on using the Web version of SAP Concur or was it something you implemented and then was pretty much a "Learn-as-you-go" type of thing? 

We have a training resource toolkit to help users learn how to use the system. This might be something you share with your users to help them feel more comfortable using SAP Concur.  Since we have a Standard and Professional configuration of SAP Concur, we have toolkits for each.

Between the Concur mobile app the Concur Expense web version, I think both are very user friendly. When we implement expense types, attendee types, audit rules, etc. we try to keep it simple and not have users fill out additional information if we don't require it. We keep ongoing efforts to make changes that is easier for our users to expense what they need to expense.
