Concur Expense Service Administration

Hi,

How do you deal with Concur Expense service administration?  Do you have an inhouse administrator or do you have Service Administration through Concur?  What are the pros and cons?  Thank you.

I am our in-house administrator, but Concur having been pushing us to purchase Service Administration as an additional package.  I'd be keen to hear from other customers who have used the service.
