Concur Expense 1099 box.

Question regarding the ability to report a 1099 reportable expense. An employee paid a Contractor using CashApp and it is now wanting reimbursement. We've had the discussion that they shouldn't do that any more, but this expense is already done. If I check the 1099 box for these expenses, will the 1099 be reported for the Vendor (Contractor) or to the employee who paid the Vendor? Thanks for your help!!!

@AnnOades where do you see a 1099 box? Can you provide a screenshot, please?
