Concur Drive with Company Cars

Hello,

In my company, some employees are getting a company car but they delay mileage declaration. Result is claimed mileages are not corresponding to reality.

To solve this situation, I though to suscribe Concur Drive but informations I found are indicating it is usable only for personal mileages.

Is it right? Isn't there any way to use it for Company Cars?

If they submit monthly, you can have an audit rule that the report will not submit without the mileage.  Then they have to add it if they want their reimbursement.  I believe Concur Drive works for reimbursable mileage and not just a company car record.
