Testing out the Excel attendee template to add multiple attendees at one time. Entered in first and last name as well as attendee type but system is claiming that no attendees were found. I went to attendee admin and those same users were there. Is something broken with the import feature? Many of our customers host events that have 50+ people in attendance and they would prefer using the import feature to select and add versus searching one by one.
@GDKmckee I don't see that you entered an Attendee Type. The first column on your import template is blank. Try putting in the Attendee Type key and see if that works for you. When generating the base templated, click the second tab on the spreadsheet as this shows all the Attendee Types.
