Concur App on Iphone

I work for Honeywell. About two months ago the Concur App on my Iphone stopped working. Honeywell IT support out of India gave me instructions for re-downloading the App and set up. Part way through the instructions there is a step where I am supposed to be emailed a new PIN. Problem is I never receive the email. Honeywell IT support out of India is not good. Any thoughts?

@CG You can also use the same username and password you use to login to Concur on the web to login to the mobile app. Have you tried that?
