Comments not pushing through

Hello,

 

Exceptions are being generated for hotel transactions.  The exception states that there is no corresponding reservation and that a detailed comment is needed.  First, Concur was used for these hotel reservations; second, when comments are added in the transaction as required, they are not pushing through.  This has happened to three users in my group.  I have screen shot proof of the issue. Any suggestions?

Is there an audit rule on your company that triggers this exception? Are the travel itineraries matching with the card on the expense side?
