Cognos Time Zone

Hello

Does anyone know - once running Cognos reports date and time can be displayed in the region time zone?

Please note we already tried updating the Cognos regional user time zone - but still getting the US time zone once running report from Japan

Reports display in the time zone defaulted for the company.

I'm just guessing here, but is your company based in Japan or it is just an employee that happens to live or be in Japan? 

Your company may be on a Concur server based in the U.S. Might want to log a Support ticket to see what is going on.

thanks, the company is based in the US, however we have sites all over the world, and specificly in Japan - they are facing a time zone diffrences when running a cognos report.

they need to see the data in Japan time zone.

@Orit_Dor  by any chance you got solution for this. As i also tried to change the time zone preferences in Cognos profile but no result still showing in global time zone only.
