1. How many times do I have to renew my credentials?
2. If renewed, when will the reminder go away?
3. Why won't my reports attach to my emails? I even created a new report and it still didn't attach.
4. This is the most frustrating upgrade I have ever been through!!!
5. Instead of submitting support cases and waiting for someone to respond, why don't you update/post a FAQ/Resource manual?
