@DaliaGamil hello there. There is a bit of info I would need to better assist you. First and foremost, do you have a profile set up for SAP Concur (accessed at: concursolutions.com). Without this profile, you won't be able to submit a claim. The concursolutions profile is different from the profile you created here for this community.
