I tried to book a trip through Concur last month but the trip cannot be completed because the hotel A I selected was sold out. I then switched to hotel B and completed booking my trip. Today I found that my card was charged for 1 night by hotel A. I called hotel A and they said the order when through and they charged me for no show. I can't find any information about Hotel A on my Concur history and I don't have any email or receipt for hotel A. Who should I contact to request a refund? Thanks!
