Changed Bank Accounts for Direct Deposit


Concur had my incorrect banking information (old bank account #).  I updated Concur with the correct bank information  after an Expense Report was approved and ready for deposit.    I am assuming that the initial bank deposit attempt was declined.  Do I need to do anything more on my end.  I want to make sure that everything gets deposited into my new account.  I greatly appreciate any feedback on this.  Thank you!

@MarniGarrett you shouldn't have to do anything. I believe when the new account information is confirmed, you will get an email stating as such. 


Once the bank info is entered and you click Save, it's pretty much out of your hands at that point. 🙂
