Change username / login

Hi 

My name has been legally changed so I need to change my login to Concur. It has been changed in my organisations active directory but it does not work with Concur, I thought it was single sign on and would just change. 

How do I get it changed in Concur and if I submit a claim in my old login name will it still get processed.

@brown-stuart Only your company's site administrator will be able to update your username. 

I couldn't tell from your post if your company is using Single Sign-on or not. 

You should be able to submit your expense reports with the old login. The login just gives you access to Concur and is still tied to your same profile, so changing someone's username doesn't affect anything except the login process.
