Cash advance

Dear all


The cash advance requested was issued, and the trip has already started (I'm on the 2nd day of the trip), however the amount was not credited to my account.


Does anyone know when the money will be in my account?


Did I miss a procedure for cash advance?

@andre_silva unfortunately because different companies handle cash advances differently, we won't be able to provide you an answer to where the funds are. Someone at your company will need to answer that question. I recommend starting by speaking with your direct manager as they likely were the first one to approve the Cash Advance and should have an idea of what the process is. 


Any answer you get here on the Community would be purely speculation on how other companies handle their cash advances. 


I wish I had a better answer for you, but a situation like your can only be answered by someone at your company.
