Cash advance request Pending Issue

Hello, I submitted a cash advance request last week, it was approved by my Manager, but now it is stuck in Status 'Pending Approval by Admin'. In the Audit Trail last person shown is my Manager and then no other information. any help or suggestions? Thanks!

@vmocanu the Cash Advance Administrator at your company needs to change the status to Issued. People with this role are usually in Finance, Accounting or Payroll.

Hi @KevinD can you please help me know if there can be two employees with the cash advance admin role for a particular employee group? If yes, can both be notified when a cash advance is awaiting issuance from them?

@Akshata yes, two people can have the role, but as far as I know, Cash Advance Admins do not receive notifications when there are CAs read to be issued. Just like Expense Processors do not receive notifications for expense reports ready for processing.
