@damiennorem Hello there. Several months back I spoke to someone at your company (I believe they were a site administrator for JCI) and the were very clear that their employees need to use the internal process for submitting help or support tickets. When you log in to SAP Concur, you should see a Company Notes section on the home screen. In that section I believe there is a link for you to access your internal help desk ticketing option.
