Cannot submit concur expense report due to an exception

I am trying to submit an expense report but I am getting the following message:

you have unsubmitted company card transactions that exceed the age limit allowed by your company policy.

I am not sure what is the meaning of this because I do not have other expense is there a way I can override this exception message?

@arequena looks like the issue is resolved. Is that correct? I see your expense report is submitted.

@KevinD that is correct, I had to submit pending expenses where the sum was 0, I have not submitted them on previous reports because I thought it was not necessary as if their sum amount was 0(1 -1 by example), but now I see I need to report everything even if it has 0 amount.
